EXCHANGE POLICY

The versatile nature of NALLA's patent-pending design does not allow for hygienic lining. Our exchange policy is strict as we are dedicated to the health and happiness of all NALLA girls. We will gladly accept swimsuits for exchange (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, UNTIED, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt and original tags must still be attached. If the merchandise shows any signs of being tied, knotted or twisted, it cannot be exchanged.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON ANY ITEMS AND ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTION CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED

Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased on nallawimwear.com must first send an email to help@nallaswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. If the items are in acceptable condition, an exchange authorization number will be issued. The merchandise must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving this exchange authorization number. Please include all original documents and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the OUTSIDE of your package. If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to sender. Please package suit securely with labels intact. All exchanges must include the original shipping label, original packaging, and an exchange authorization number.

Acceptable reasons for a exchange include the following:

  1. Color, style, fabric or size of suit received was not as described or expected.
  2. Suit received was wrong style, color, fabric, or size.
  3. Manufacturer’s defect

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU OBTAIN DELIVERY CONFIRMATION OR SOME OTHER APPROPRIATE METHOD TO TRACK YOUR EXCHANGE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR MISDIRECTED EXCHANGES IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF SHIPPING AND TRACKING.
